Why the prices differ
It is the identical official card everywhere — the platforms differ in what they add on top of the city's counter price. Headout sells the plain card without an audio guide but charges a €2.50 booking fee. GetYourGuide adds about €3 and includes a digital audio guide app — for roughly 50 cents more than Headout you actually get something for the surcharge, which makes it the best value for most visitors. Tiqets also includes the audio guide but usually adds the biggest markup of the three.
At the counters in Verona the city charges €27 (24h) and €32 (48h). Online you pay a few euros more everywhere — in return you get instant confirmation, a fixed mobile voucher and, depending on the platform, an audio guide. Details on the official sales points are on our official website page.
